About Us
We are a placement company based out of Kerala, was founded in early 2021. As their leadership’s origin being from the financial services, CHRS through various iterations, trained its activities and processes towards carrying out its services with a major focus towards the BFSI sector. Our team evolved through from the past years of work, has acquired knowledge through learning and practice, combined with the leadership’s decades of experience in this vertical has helped us in introducing innovations in our activities, which has improvised results every time.
We work with the focus on two areas which is essential for us. One being to build our access to databases of aspirants and the other being to acquire relevant clients that aligns with our industry sector.
We have our college initiatives, where we signup with interested institutions as their Placement Cells, and organise placement activities on and off, to help the young graduates find jobs early. We also work very closely with Panchayat and Community leaders to extend and reach out to more job seekers.
We are constantly building relationship with local associations, communities and groups. Apart from these CHRS has also developed a marketing team, which reaches out to our audience via direct and digital / social medias.
Government of Kerala has launched several initiatives, with various objectives to ensure and enhance social well-being. KKEM and ICTAK are such initiatives which aims at providing a congenial platform for various initiatives, via skill developments and so on. CHRS is proudly associated with KKEM & ICTAK as their exclusive placement partner.
In accordance with our mission and vision statement, to uphold its objectives, to avoid any additional burden on the aspirants, we offer our placement services free of cost to candidates.
